Minis Hamper

This is the perfect gift to be able to offer a bit of everything from Peacock Farm and easy on the purse strings!

Your hamper contains:
Peacock Farm Rape Seed Oil. This is grown, pressed and bottled in Muston, the oil is completely produced on our farm. Frying using rape seed oil is healthier than olive or vegetable oil. It is high in Omega 3, 6 and 9, and is perfect for frying, baking, or dressings. Elegantly flavoured with a touch of Basil, Garlic and chilli. The flavoured one are great for using for your roast potatoes to add a bit of extra flavouring.
Peacock Farm Honey – Honey straight from our hives here on the farm, all spun and jarred by hand. You will find that our honey changes throughout the season according to what flowers the bees are foraging on. The harder set whiter coloured honey is often from Rapeseed flowers and the darker honey is from wildflowers. If your honey has set hard and you prefer it runny, then you can always gently warm it in the microwave (after removing the lid) and it will return to a runny state.
Award winning Blackberry Vinegar- A family recipe and firm favourite of mine. My great Grandmother, Granny, Mum and me have all made this over the years using the same recipe until a friend suggested I tried selling it. The rest as they say is history! We now have 3 delicious flavours for you to try. I particularly enjoy the blackberry vinegar as a warm drink in the winter months (or as a cold Gin flavouring in the summer!) it also works well as a dressing for salads or a topping for pancakes.
A handmade candle – Made using the wax from our own bees, these are slow burning and have a lovely natural smell.
