Food, family,
future…

Five generations of farming in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir — producing fruit-infused vinegars, local honey and cold-pressed rapeseed oil, all from our own fields.

Our family

A family farm, five generations deep

Lying in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir, Peacock Farm has been our family farm and home for five generations. Across more than 1,500 acres we grow oil seed rape, wheat, barley and beans.

Run by Leigh and Donya alongside their children, the farm is where we make our fruit vinegars, press our rapeseed oil, keep our bees and collect our eggs — bringing the very best of the vale to your table.

From our hives

Beekeeping in the Vale of Belvoir

All of our honey is taken from hives kept right here in the Vale of Belvoir, then processed on the farm and supplied to local shops. Relying on nature means the harvest can vary — part of what makes it so special.

In 2022 we were honoured to win a Bees' Needs Award for our commitment to bees and for spreading the word about how vital they are to our ecosystem.
