Peacock Farm Rape Seed Oil – Grown, pressed and bottled in Muston, the oil is completely produced on our farm. Frying using rape seed oil is healthier than olive or vegetable oil. It is high in Omega 3, 6 and 9, and is perfect for frying, baking, or dressings. Also included is our infused oils elegantly flavoured with a touch of Garlic, Basil and chilli.

Large Peacock Farm Honey – Honey straight from our hives here on the farm, all spun and jarred by hand. You will find that our honey changes throughout the season according to what flowers the bees are foraging on. The harder set whiter coloured honey is often from Rapeseed flowers and the darker honey is from wildflowers. If your honey has set hard and you prefer it runny, then you can always gently warm it in the microwave (after removing the lid) and it will return to a runny state.

Blackberry, Strawberry, Rhubarb and Raspberry Vinegar – A family recipe and firm favourite of mine, this is a great dressing for salads or a topping for pancakes. Made from blackberries picked in the Vale Of Belvoir.
