Honey & Rapeseed Flapjack
These are a great snack for everyone and are definitely going in my recipe book!
Method
- Heat the oil and honey together gently in a saucepan until the honey dissolves.
- Take off the heat and fold in all the remaining ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined 28cm x 18cm baking tin, pressing down and smoothing the surface.
- Bake at Gas Mark 4 (180°C / 350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
- While still warm, score into individual bars. Let cool briefly before cutting into slices.
Tip: Keep in an airtight container for up to one week.
