Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line two 8" tins.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Whisk the wet ingredients separately, then pour into the dry mixture and beat until smooth.
- Divide between the tins and bake for 40 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
- Make the frosting by whisking all the frosting ingredients until smooth (add a splash of oat milk if needed).
- Level one cake layer, frost it, place the second layer on top, then frost the exterior and decorate with grated vegan chocolate.
